      Display unit ISG1-N1
      This is channel display and can be used as thermal cathode ionization vacuum gauge, cold-cathode ionization gauge and diaphragm vacuum gauge when connected with certain sensor. It can indicate measuring pressure and set the pressure output point to achieve simple operation. Furthermore, remote control and measurement can also be achieved by display unit. Besides, it has gained CE.

      SW1-N1 / SW1-N2
      This is a wide range Pirani gauge which measures from atmospheric pressure to 5×10-2Pa. And conforms with CE, RoHS.

      Applications
      •  Process control in low vacuum processes such as for photovoltaic field, FPD, semiconductor, optics and electronic parts manufacturing systems. 
      •  Process control in low vacuum range processes for industrial equipment such as vacuum furnaces, etc. 
      •  Process control in low vacuum system, which requires multiple process chambers, such as in-line sputtering and single wafer processing equipment.
